My approach
The art of entrepreneurship
The entrepreneurial artist discovers his core gifts and deep purpose aligned with an urgent need in the world. He creates a mission and manifest a team, who aligns their gifts and passions with it. He creates the energy, designs the culture, builds the systems and unlocks the growth. Then he liberates himself. But instead of stepping aside, he continues to serve the creation with his gifts, passion and inspiration, until his job is complete.
Because it’s his purpose.
My experience
Creating businesses and helping entrepreneurs
1992-1999
WOY Goodwill started as a Radio and TV production agency and evolved into a brand identity agency. Helped hundreds of businesses in marketing communication and branding. My roles: Co-Owner, Creative Director & Chairman
1999-2009
Innovative Business worked in cooperation with Dr Edward de Bono, the father of Lateral Thinking. My role was teaching and facilitating innovation and business thinking internationally from SME’s to billion-dollar corporation management teams. I did public speaking, and was also a guest teacher in a world’s top-5 ranked Executive Post-MBA program. My role: Founder & CEO.
2004-2014
Market Media built and launched a retail media network in the health sector, expanded into other sectors, and evolved into a media network consulting, building, and operating company. My roles as a co-founder, CEO & Chairman were designing and growing the business organically as well as conducting 12 business buying and selling transactions, VC financing rounds, and mergers.
2009-2011
Råback Development helped design, protect, and license inventions in co-operation with Finnish Inventions Foundation. CEO, Owner
2010-2013
Råback & Co started as a business turnaround agency. Helping save and re-designing companies inside-out from a catastrophe to a healthy, profitable growth business. My role: advising, coaching, or personally leading the turnaround.
2013-2023
I created various online courses and programs on my passion areas: The Business Design Workshop, The Brand Workshop, Five Star Thinking, Results Today, Break Free, Freeschoolers, Discover Your Gift, Find Your Current, Open Heart Mindfulness and The Mystical Experience.
2015-2019
Råback & Co evolved into an international business design agency. Helping entrepreneurs re-design and launch businesses, including a retail media company in Spain, an online course platform in Northern Europe and service businesses in Central America .
2020-2024
I created The Change Forces project, where we helped many entrepreneurs in turning the radical change in the world into a mission-driven business opportunity. My role was helping entrepreneurs discover, design, and launch their businesses.
2021-2023
I designed and launched a privacy-focused mobile phone, a decentralized crypto payment gateway, and a decentralized trading platform for communities.
2024->
Holistica Health is an online program that helps detox the body, restore natural health, and enhance vitality. It combines holistic health practices of the great wisdom traditions with modern science and technologies. My gift, purpose, and passion manifest in this project in the roles of the leading program designer and the entrepreneur.
